What to expect from this space?
• Experiential workshops rooted in lived reality
• Honest conversations that may feel uncomfortable sometimes, but always real.
• Reflection that leads to choice and self-leadership
• Respect, confidentiality, and personal responsibility

This space is for women who:
• Have been strong for a long time
• Learned to rely on themselves early
• Grew up carrying responsibility, seen or unseen
• Became achievers before they learned how to rest
• Have loved deeply and are navigating relationships or meaningful endings
• Feel emotionally stretched, yet inwardly rich
• Are seeking grounding, clarity, and a sense of inner authority
• Feel called to explore their inner journey through depth, reflection, and a spiritual lens
• Are ready to remember themselves beyond the roles they play

What happens in a Rani Beti Circle/Workshop:
Each gathering is intentionally designed to support women in remembering themselves and returning to inner authority.
The work may include:
• Reflective, psychodynamic inquiry into lived roles and patterns
• Gentle exploration of early conditioning and inner narratives
• Creative expression as a way to access truth beyond words
• Grounding practices to regulate the nervous system and stay present
• Guided journaling for clarity, insight, and choice
• Subtle movement and breath to reconnect with the body
• Honest conversations that invite responsibility, not rescue
• Collective presence, where women are witnessed, not fixed
The circle doesn’t exist to comfort you endlessly.
It exists to help you remember who you are, and live from that place.
